時域熱反射測量系統 (TDTR 測試系統)飛秒激光時域熱反射測量技術,即Time-domain Thermoreflectance, TDTR 是一種基于飛秒超快激光抽運探測(pump-probe)技術的導熱測量技術。相比于其他導熱測量技術,目前TDTR技術因其可以測量納米薄膜熱導率和界面熱阻以及非接觸式測量特性而具有*優勢。

 捷晨新上線的時域熱反射面精確估測軟件系統用于于精確估測合金聚酰亞胺膜、塊體或液態物質的熱導率、頁面熱擴散系數等單選題熱物性性能指標,聚酰亞胺膜精確估測機的薄厚能夠達到納米數量級!在微納形式新建材的創新與具體分析等方便賴以越變越廣的使用。    程序借助借助飛秒繳光射進來的角圖紙管理外表復合保護膜,令保護膜吸收的作用電量并將其應用為地熱能, 最終得以進行給圖紙管理,并任何時候間標準日益向圖紙管理產生。復合保護膜外表濕度任何時候間受挫,最終得以印象到其散射率。撥冗蒞臨再借助檢測的另個束探測器繳光的散射效果曲線美,借助事件調查一系例的解調解析,就好得見復合保護膜濕度任何時候間的變換,隨之獲取被測圖紙管理的導熱性性和關聯熱物性基本參數等。
